Due to our high demand and 5-star customer satisfaction rate, we are strictly no returns, refunds, or exchanges on our products.

Frequently Asked Question: Why don’t you allow refunds, returns, or exchanges?
The reason why we don’t allow refunds and returns are because our items are very limited and custom tailored to you. If a customer decides that they want to return an item, it is not something that we can un-print and therefore ends up being a complete waste. We don’t want you to think of this as a bad thing. As a team, we will do our due diligence to make 100% sure that we are doing everything we can to satisfy you as a customer with your new merchandise.
Please make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. Please make sure to read the measurements that may apply. If there are any problems at all and if you need assistance, please contact us immediately and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Apparel:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to our factory. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If our factory isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
REASONS FOR RETURN:
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
Returned by Customer – It is best that you contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
